We wanted the cookie you remember from your grandmother's kitchen. Shattering edges. A soft, gold-flecked middle that pulls apart in your hand.
Then we took out everything that keeps some of the people you love from eating it. No dairy. No eggs. No wheat. No peanuts. No soy. No sesame. No fish. No shellfish. No honey. No dyes. No gums. No shortcuts.
Each batch is mixed by hand, scooped to weight, and baked the day it leaves our Austin kitchen.
