We tested every dough at an independent lab. Water activity (Aw) measured 0.64, well below the FDA non-TCS threshold of 0.85 — which is the technical way of saying the dough is safe to eat raw and safe to ship at room temperature.

A few notes.

  • Refunds. If something arrives damaged or melted in a way that makes you sad, email support@omnom.life within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
  • Address. Double-check the shipping address at checkout. USPS returns add a week.
  • Hot summers. Cookie Dough is shelf-stable, so heat is mostly a comfort question, not a safety one. If you live somewhere very hot and your porch sees the afternoon sun, consider grabbing the box at lunch or having it shipped to your office.
